New Invoice platform and Bill Payment Resources
Our Billing Platform is changing!
Over the course of the weeks from October 2024 through early 2025, ACC Business customer billing accounts will be transitioned to a new billing platform:
- Same services.
- New billing account number(s).
What’s changing:
- Your billing account number will change.
- The ACC Business payment address is changing.
- The invoice look and layout is changing, with greater detail provided.
Mail Payment:
There will be a new remittance address specific to invoice account numbers on the new billing platform, as well as a new W9 Form aligned with the remittance address.
