OSM is designed to support a two-way communication with the AT&T Order Manager assigned to manage the order. When the AT&T Order Confirmation, AT&T Order Status and AT&T Ready for Activation email for each site is received, click on the unique blue link in the email to view the single order status.
Note: ACC Business orders do not support viewing order status via AT&T BusinessDirect® for ACC Business.

Customer Self Activation
Step 1:
Follow the instructions on your AT&T “Ready to Activate” Letter.
Step 2:
Call 1-855-822-0263 — test and turn up Level 2 support.
Step 3:
For ADI: Call 1-888-471-4574 — test and turn up Level 3 support for ADI (Internet Services).
For AVPN: Call 1-888-471-4572, option 7 — test and turn up Level 3 support for AVPN.
